I'm a little obsessed with bikes, and with dialling in the fit, geometry and components on my own bike.
The catch is that a bike is one connected system. Drop the stem 10mm and your reach, torso angle and weight over the front wheel all shift with it. Widen the bars and it shows up in your shoulders and elbows, which you can't see in two dimensions.
So I built it in 3D. Configure a bike or pick a real frame, enter your measurements, and watch your position update live: fit angles, weight distribution, and the numbers behind them.
No filming yourself propped against a wall. No dragging out the tripod and trainer. Just a few measurements you probably already know, or can find in ten minutes. Free, in the browser.
